We are delighted to offer a comprehensive series of five New Member Training Classes designed to introduce you to our ministry and help you acclimate to the vibrant community at VNL. These classes provide an overview of our values, mission, and the various ways you can get involved. Whether you're new to our church or transitioning from another congregation, these sessions are an excellent opportunity to meet other members, ask questions, and find your place within our loving and inclusive community.

Leadership Development Program

For those who feel called to leadership, we offer an advanced Leadership Development Program consisting of ten specialized courses and group training sessions. This program is designed to develop and prepare you for a purposeful role within our ministry. Through these courses, you will gain essential skills, deepen your understanding of our mission, and learn how to effectively lead and inspire others. Our goal is to equip you with the tools and confidence needed to make a meaningful impact within our church and beyond.
