Thanksgiving Food Boxes

Virtuous New Life Ministries’ Food Pantry is open to all Montgomery County residents on the 3rd Saturday (3pm-6pm) and 4th Sunday (12pm - 3pm) of each month. Perishable and non-perishable foods are available. Note: This location is not wheelchair accessible, but you can still receive assistance by calling us in advance at (937) 388-5684.

During the holidays,

Thanksgiving program offers food boxes complete with a turkey and sides to families in need in the Dayton regional area. Parents and caregivers get to participate in this annual tradition without depleting their monthly food budget. Last year we serviced 94 families including 61 Senior households for a total of 204 people. Providing food items for that many people require volunteers, donated food and supplies, as well as money to purchase everything that has not been donated.

Food Pantry

Our food pantry is now operating every 3rd Saturday and 4th Sunday of each month. You can also schedule pickups by appointment. Contacts us here to schedule an appointment or call (937) 770-1445 to speak to a staff member.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry, and it’s an honor to serve with each and every one of them as they love on kids each week! Every volunteer who leads in the Kids Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.

If you or someone you know is having a difficult time or just needs a little help, free groceries are available. Contact us here to register and schedule a pickup appointment today.

REDEEMED AND RECONCILED

  • Food will be distributed on a first come first served basis. Please do your best to make it on our food distribution days or to your appointment. If missed, food will be given to the next available family.


  • ID and proof of address is NOT required.


  • Groceries will be pre-bagged (some substitutions may be allowed at pick up)


  • Items vary, but typically can include fruit, vegetables, canned goods, dry goods, dairy, and meat (bags can be heavy).


  • This will not affect your government benefits in any way.


  • Fill out the online order form HERE and schedule appointment if needed.


  • Appointments can be scheduled up to 3 weeks in advance of your pick-up date.
